Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental US usually takes 3-5 business days, though expedited options are available at checkout.
Do you accept returns on food-grade items?
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on edible products such as sprinkles, food coloring, or fondant. However, unused non-perishable tools and equipment can be returned within 30 days.
Are your cake decorations and sprinkles gluten-free?

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
